Store Policies


All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following their successful payment and shipped with Canada Post according to the shipping method the client has selected. Orders sent by Canada Post Lettermail shipping are not guaranteed and could be lost by Canada Post as there is no tracking available for this shipping option. HFX Games is not responsible for lost shipments using this method. For guaranteed shipping options, please choose Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping or Priority shipping during Step 2 of the checkout process.

Please note that Canadian Lettermail through Canada Post can take 3 to 15 business days (Up to 28 business days for Alberta and BC). If you would like to receive your product quickly, please choose "Expedited Parcel" or "Priority shipping" during Step 2 of the Checkout process.

Any products other than TCG Singles must be shipped "Expedited Parcel" (please select the option when checking out). This includes sealed Product.

Please note that we cannot ship sealed Product to the United States.

Return Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by HFX Games within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Magic Card Singles.


Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You may not use store credit to enter in to events or to rent one of our private rooms. Store credit is not transferable to another party. You may use store credit to purchase a HFX Games gift card.

HFX Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? 

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does HFX Games protect customer information? 

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? 

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will HFX Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

HFX Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with HFX Games. HFX Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

HFX Games may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of [Company Name], our users, or others.
